Refund Policy

At Marcoperryfitness, we are committed to providing high-quality personal training services and helping you achieve your fitness goals. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any training sessions or packages.

1. No Refunds on Completed Sessions
All completed personal training sessions are non-refundable.

2. Package Purchases
Training packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used. This includes multi-session bundles, monthly plans, or discounted packages.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

  • No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

 

4. Medical Exceptions
Refunds or credits may be considered in cases of injury, illness, or medical conditions that prevent participation, with appropriate documentation. Approval is at the sole discretion of Marcoperryfitness

5. Expiration of Sessions

All sessions and packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot be extended unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Satisfaction Commitment
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 7 days of your session. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

7. Payment Terms
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in this policy. By purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
